To create a safe and comfortable working environment for people working in the company, we will promote open occupational health and safety activities and make continuous improvements, aiming for "zero occupational accidents," "zero fires," and "zero traffic accidents".
Occupational health and safety basic policy
We commit to providing a safe and healthy work environment for people working in the company.
We will make effective use of our occupational health and safety management system to prevent injuries and illnesses, and promote continuous improvement under the theme of "health".
- 1.Build and operate an effective system for the occupational health and safety.
- 2.Comply with laws, code of conducts or customer requirements related to occupational health and safety.
- 3.Consider the health and safety first when establishing the production planning and the work contents.
- 4.Regularly review and improve the health and safety goals.
- 5.Advise and recommend our suppliers (business partners) on the operation of the above health and safety system during the production activities.
- 6.Eliminate actions that lead to work-related risk factors and reduce the occupational health and safety risks through inspection, screening and improvement.
- 7.Conduct training to make the employees feel responsible with the motivation to work safely.
- 8.Put in writing the occupational health and safety policies, distribute them to all employees and make them widely accessible.
